“It Starts With Me and Grows With Us” ™
Ready to grow. Learn to prosper. Leave a legacy.
The Generational Wealth Book Club© is not your ordinary book club. It is a community that focuses on teaching foundational principles of cooperative economics to build wealth across generations. The primary focus of this Book Club is to work together and break destructive patterns. By confronting internal and historical barriers such as taboos, generational trauma, unhealthy traditions, and myths, meaningful discussions will target ways in which we sabotage generational wealth. The goal is to confront issues, do better, and then implement positive change.
The Book Club you didn’t know you were looking for.

Meet the Visionaries
Rhonda L. Maco, Esq.
Host
Attorney · Author · Speaker · Legacy Builder · Truthteller
Rhonda L. Maco is the founder of Project Generational Wealth, Inc., a New York Corporation that owns The Generational Wealth Book Club. Ms. Maco founded this Project after years of reflecting upon her upbringing, background, experience, education, and resilience. As a first-generation college graduate, her passion for uplifting herself and others similarly situated cannot be overstated. For decades, she has worked tirelessly to help others achieve their dreams, and Project Generational Wealth, Inc. is an extension of her passion and dedication to helping others.
Ms. Maco is an esteemed member of the New York State Bar who has been practicing law for over 20 years. She is a fierce advocate for justice and works hard to advocate for clients as well as her community. In 2009, she founded the Law Office of Rhonda L. Maco, PLLC., located in Garden City, New York. Her practice is focused on estate planning, entrepreneurship/business development, and litigation. Her practice includes educating the community on how to take proactive measures on issues such as deed theft, elder care, creating multiple streams of income, and legacy planning. Therefore, it was only a matter of time that Ms. Maco created Project Generational Wealth, Inc. to expand her reach and help families create and sustain generational continuity.

N. Delali Madison, ESQ.
Co-host
Civil Rights Attorney · Estate Planning Advocate
N. Delali Madison is an attorney focused on civil rights matters and estate planning. She is also passionate about using legal tools to build and protect generational wealth, especially in communities that have historically had fewer opportunities to do so.
After graduating from New York Law School, she served as an Investigative Attorney Fellow at the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board where she investigated NYPD misconduct in the Racial Profiling and Bias-Based Policing (RPBP) Unit. Within that Unit she focused on claims of profiling based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, and age.
During law school, she was a Student Advocate in the Civil Rights and Disability Justice Clinic, where she worked on issues at the intersection of race, disability, and systemic inequality, including environmental justice and prison-related matters.
Through this Book Club, her objective would be to help create a space where people can take practical steps to build generational wealth and create long-term change in their communities.
Monthly Reading
A Book. A Lesson. A Plan.
Each month, members read a personal finance book and translate what is learned into concrete objectives such as opening brokerage accounts, setting up high-yield savings accounts, establishing estate plans, and more.
The Structure
How It Works
The Book Club is structured to meet as a Cohort for a year-long study. Layered, inclusive, and deeply practical.
Community minded
Each One, Teach One.
Working in community is the cornerstone of collective progress and upward mobility. The Book Club insists on teaching in community. Because members include multi-generational participants with different levels of financial knowledge, the program is designed to be layered and inclusive. The Cohort meets a few times a month in small learning sessions that break down key financial concepts in a simple, guided way.
Cohort Model
A Year-Long Transformation.
The Book Club is structured to meet as a Cohort of individuals who grow together on a year-long journey to financial freedom. Throughout the journey, members gain a better understanding of wealth, build confidence, take action, and chip away at cycles of poverty — one session at a time.
Signature Monthly meeting
Execution Day
Once a month the Book Club will host an ‘Execution Day’ where members come together to share what actions they took to either complete a specific goal(s) or move closer to achieving a goal(s). This session will be an interactive session intended to give support, encouragement, and empowerment; it will also give members the opportunity to actually open accounts, make purchases, send out notices, and take action towards their financial planning goals. This session is not just about reading and discussion; this practical/hands-on session will result in real-time financial progress. Each member will leave ‘Execution Day’ with something completed or in motion.
